Chelsea’s goalkeeper Thibaut Courtois’ agent, Christophe Henrotay, has revealed that he has spoken with Real Madrid over a potential move.
Courtois has two years left on his current contract at Stamford Bridge. Henrotay said: “Of course Thibaut is of interest to the big clubs, including the latest Champions League winner.
“He is someone who helps you win games, titles.” In an interview with Sport/Foot in Belgium, he added: “I speak regularly with the people in charge of Real Madrid and Thibaut’s case has come up.
“My job is to keep him updated on the situation.” Courtois returned to Chelsea from a three-year loan spell at Atletico Madrid in July 2014. Since then, the Belgian has won two Premier League titles in three years and the League Cup.
