Managing rosters just got a WHOLE lot easier in Loaded. With this update, anyone using Loaded will now have access to:

  • Roster Templates: Save time by creating templates, copying from existing rosters, and copying specific roles only. 

  • Easy Publishing: With our new 'Publish' button, sending rosters to your team is a breeze. You can notify staff via email, include personal notes, and even update email addresses on the fly.

  • Locking and Unlocking: Keep your rosters secure by locking them once published. Need to make changes? Unlock, edit, and republish seamlessly, ensuring your team always has the latest schedule.

  • Reassign Shifts Easily: Easily reassign shifts if a team member leaves, keeping your operations smooth and stress-free.

  • Improved Roster Copying: Copy the exact roles and shifts you want, meaning no more fisty-cuffs between Kitchen and Front of House about who copied over the roster!
