Loaded Feature Release (March 2024)

We have a stack of juicy new Loaded updates to share with you today. But first, in case you missed it, let's whip through a quick review of what we put out last week:

We’ve now got a sweet little shift approval process for you in the timeclock area. Once you go through and approve a shift, your payroll team will be able to see which shifts have or haven’t been ticked off before they do their payroll export.

(Pro tip: Make sure you get your approvals done every day so your labour reports are always 100% accurate.)

You and your managers can now add paid and unpaid breaks to your team’s shifts in the staff clocks editor to maintain accuracy.

Oh and by the way, we heard your feedback loud and clear: you wanted to be able to edit clocks super quickly, so you can now edit these directly in line on the page.

We’ve given the way you add and maintain staff details an overhaul, and introduced a bunch of functionality (some that’s useful right now, some that will come into play in the near future - more on that soon). You can take a look at this yourself in Time>Workforce, and see it in action through a quick little clip Soph has made over here.

What I’m personally most excited about in the new staff editor is the remuneration history.

When you make a pay rate change, it's now possible to set this change to apply from any date you choose. This makes sure those labour costs are always completely accurate!

Xero Payroll Integration - we’re super excited to be rolling out the most effective two-way Xero integration in hospitality tech.
